What a whitelist actually does. A whitelisted channel is exempt from our Content ID claims: the artist keeps 100% of their own channel's revenue and collects it directly. Content ID keeps claiming everyone else's re-uploads. That is why the evidence matters: whitelisting the wrong channel hands someone else's revenue away, and it is invisible until the artist notices the shortfall.
