Ask an administrator for a new link

Self-service reset is not switched on yet, so there is no form here that would send you anything. Rather than take your address and leave you waiting, this page says so.

An administrator can issue a set-password link from your account. It works once and expires after fourteen days. If you are a partner, the person at Zee who onboarded you can do it; if you are Zee staff, operations can.

Five wrong passwords lock an account for a while. If you are sure of the password and it is still being refused, that is probably why — the lock lifts on its own.
